Welcome to the Metro 2 Credit Report Analyzer, provided by Liberty Compliance, Inc. (“Liberty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the Metro 2 Credit Report Analyzer tool (the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service and No Legal Advice

  • Informational Tool Only: The Service is a software tool designed to assist consumers in identifying potential credit reporting errors based on Metro 2 compliance standards and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements.
  • No Attorney-Client Relationship: Liberty Compliance, Inc. is not a law firm. The Service does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or financial consulting. Your use of this tool does not create an attorney-client relationship.

3. Prohibited Commercial Use

  • Personal Use Only: The consumer subscription plans (Free, Single Report, and Monthly Pro) are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Commercial Prohibition: You may not use, resell, or distribute the Service to provide credit repair or analytical services to third parties. If you wish to use the Service for commercial purposes, you must subscribe to our “Agency Tier” or contact us for an Enterprise license.
  • Enforcement: Unauthorized commercial use of consumer-tier accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Verification: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any letters or documents generated by the Service.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Liberty Compliance, Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIBERTY COMPLIANCE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
